Apply the Bay Area Alliance draft Compact Commitments to Action to land use in the region and develop a series of Alternative Scenario land use maps and illustrations that show Bay Area residents how the region could accommodate businesses and households within our urbanized footprint in the future while promoting economic prosperity, environmental quality, and enhanced social equity, yield an improved quality of life and shared environment.
